What are the basic things to keep in mind while preparing for the SSC CGL 2018?

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced SSC CGL 2017-18 Tier II examinations. According to the previous announcement the exam was scheduled for 17th February 2018 but now the date has been postponed to 22nd Feb 2018. One can download the Admit Card of SSC CGL (Mains) from the official website.

Besides, the formalities to be furnished one must know the syllabus of the SSC CGL Tier II exam 2017-18. Although candidates must have finished their syllabus by now yet it is advisable to review the exam pattern again for the last minute updates.

Exam pattern of SSC CGL Tier-II \2018

  1. Paper-I. Quantitative Abilities (100 Questions) (200 Marks)
  2. Paper-II. English Language & Comprehension: (200 questions) (200 Marks)
  3. Paper-III. Statistics (100 Questions) (200 Marks)
  4. Paper-IV. General Studies (Finance and Economics) (100 Questions) (200 Marks)
  5. SSC CGL Tier II will have negative marking for every wrong question. For every mistake 0.25 marks will be deducted from the final score.
